Dr. Chang
Lecturing internationally and treating patients from around the world, Dr. Chang has cultivated a deep understanding of the uniquely beautiful ethnic differences in our faces. "There is no single uniform beauty ideal. While inner beauty is timeless and universal, external beauty recognizes cultural dicta, social mores, and fashion trends" according to Dr. Chang, and her goal is to translate each patient's inner beauty to his or her external world.
Approaching each patient as an individual with unique reconstructive and aesthetic goals, Dr. Chang uses specialized surgical and nonsurgical techniques from the best plastic surgeons in the world and brings this knowledge back to her patients.
As an educator, Dr. Chang loves to share her knowledge with her patients. She also instructs fellows and resident physicians in her role as Clinical Associate Professor of Orbital and Oculofacial Plastic Surgery at the University of Washington.

Dr. Chang cares for patients with all forms of eyelid and eyebrow malpositions, tearing abnormalities, orbital tumors/inflammation, thyroid eye disease, facial skin cancers, and facial trauma. Cosmetic procedures include toxin injections, chemical peels, periocular and facial synthetic and fat fillers, thread lifts, eyebrow and eyelid lifts, and face/neck rejuvenation.
